Last night we celebrated James Birthday...can't believe that crazy kid is 4! We made pizzas and got to have Rainbow Cake! About a month ago we were playing online and found a cake that he really liked. I had a hard time getting it close to the picture. But it's an idea I want to use in the future. I used white cake mix, tons of food coloring, 8x8 cake pans, creamy white frosting and skittles.
We used 1 cup of prepared cake mix per color and cooked it for 15 minutes.
After these were all cooled we frosted them with a creamy white frosting and topped with a Skittles rainbow. I had two 4 year olds helping me, but it turned out nice!
